Middle School Laptop Program

Due to the generosity of a gracious donor, we are able to offer free laptops to our 7th and 8th graders to assist in their education.

Upon entering the 7th grade, each Academy student receives a laptop computer. For the first few weeks of school, laptop use is limited to at school; this allows the computer teacher to instruct students on proper care and usage before students are allowed to take the laptops home.  Once students have passed their laptop "test", the students are able to use this tool both in school and at home. Upon graduation from the 8th grade, the laptops are theirs to keep*.

*If any and all outstanding fees are not paid, the student is not allowed to keep the laptop. These fees may include replacement costs if the student breaks part of their laptop. The particular brand and model of laptops the children use and receive each year will vary depending on price and availability. Please contact the school for more information.
