Admission, Registration, and Tuition
The Academy of Saints Peter and Paul welcomes all students, whether or not they are parishioners. Our tuition rates are the same for all families, and financial aid is available to those who qualify. The Academy also does not discriminate on the basis of race or gender. If you are interested in registering your child at the Academy, please read our admissions policies below. Information on tuition and payments can be found on our registration application form. Please note: Forms for the 2010-2011 school year were uploaded on January 22nd, 2010.

To enroll a student in Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten:
The Academy holds a two-day a week class for 3 year olds (Preschool) and a three-day a week class for 4 and 5 year olds (Pre-Kindergarten). Both programs offer half-day and full-day options. Beginning in the Fall of 2010, the Academy will offer a new five-day a week, full day program for 4 and 5 year olds.
Children may enroll in the Preschool class at any time during the school year (pending availability) once they have reached 3 years of age. Preschool students must be potty-trained before their first day of school. Children may enroll in the Pre-Kindergarten class if they are 4 or 5 years old by September 1st. To register your child for Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten, you must submit a completed application form along with a $50.00 registration fee.
To enroll a student in Kindergarten:
Children who are 5 years old by September 1st are eligible to be enrolled in our kindergarten. To register your child, you must submit a completed application form along with a $50.00 registration fee.
To enroll a student in Grades 1-8
The application process for all students currently enrolled at the Academy begins January 25th, 2010. To register your child, you must submit a completed application form along with a $50.00 registration fee.
Open enrollment for new students begins on January 31st, 2010 and continues through May 1st, 2010. At that time, all completed applications and the $50.00 non-refundable application fee are due. The registration fee will increase to $75.00 for all applications received after March 31st, 2010. Decisions will be made by May 15th and acceptance letters will be mailed to new students by May 30th. In the event of a “waiting list”, priority will be given to those applications received before April 30th. Families may continue to register after April 30th if space is available.
The following criteria will be followed for admission or for a waiting list in the event the class is filled:
Current Academy Pre-Kindergarten students
Siblings of Academy students and/or graduates
Siblings of Academy students and/or graduates
Children of Academy and/or parish staff.
